Comprehensive Guidebook – “Sustainable and Green Business Planning Steps”
A collaborative effort among project partners, this guidebook is designed as a step-by-step resource for sustainable business planning. Divided into six modules, each partner will contribute two sections, ensuring a rich, diverse compilation of expertise. The guidebook aims to equip entrepreneurs in the food industry with actionable strategies to integrate eco-friendly practices into their businesses, fostering resilience and sustainability.
Innovative Workshops and Business Idea Development
Our workshops are tailored to cultivate creativity, collaboration, and practical skills among participants. By the end of these dynamic sessions, participants from each partner organization will work in groups to develop innovative business ideas, resulting in 12 new concepts across the project.
